Thank you for shopping with Eco Di Barbara. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we deliver your orders, both within Sri Lanka and internationally. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1 to 3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Sri Lanka). Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g. 2:00 PM] or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details where available.
Please note that processing times may be longer during sale periods, product launches, or peak seasons. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Sri Lanka)
We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.

3. International Shipping
We are proud to ship Eco Di Barbara worldwide.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed, and may vary due to customs clearance and local courier conditions.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing an order. Eco Di Barbara has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We are unable to refund shipping costs for orders refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (where the courier provides one). You can use it to follow your parcel via the courier's website. Please allow up to [24 to 48] hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
6. Delays
While we work hard to dispatch and deliver on time, some delays are outside our control. These can include customs processing, courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, and peak-season volume. We appreciate your patience and will assist wherever we can.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if a parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us within [7 to 14] days of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation with the courier.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Eco Di Barbara is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
